  • At Harridan, we price ourselves on leaving opportunity for our buyers to be themselves and find suitable houses to suit them. We are happy to help, but ultimately we do not impose covenants or design guidelines to restrict your decision of your home.

  • A very common question, we intend to commence construction on this project before the end of 2025 with hopes to have the land registered by the end of 2026. These things can always change due to weather, council delays, and more. But we will always endeavour to keep our buyers as up to date as possible as we go down this journey together.
